Mid-Level Interior Designer (5+ Years Experience)

Position Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 5 years of professional experience in high end residential, commercial, or hospitality design. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design portfolio, proven project management skills, and the ability to translate client visions into functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. This is a full-time on-site role located at our Marietta, GA, office with regular site visits. Key Responsibilities • Concept development: Create innovative design concepts aligned with client needs, budgets, and timelines. • Space planning: Develop layouts that optimize functionality, flow, and aesthetics. • Material & finishes selection: Source and specify furniture, fixtures, fabrics, lighting, and finishes. • Client collaboration: Conduct consultations, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback. • Project management: Oversee design execution, coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers. • Technical drawings: Prepare CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards. • Budget & timeline management: Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints. • Industry compliance: Adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience. • Software proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite • Portfolio: Demonstrated success across diverse projects (high end residential, commercial, hospitality). • Soft skills: Strong communication, creativity, problem-solving, and client relationship management.
