Qualifications • Space Planning and Interior Design skills • Project Management and Construction Drawings skills • Experience in selecting and specifying furniture • Demonstrated ability to manage design projects from conception to completion • Strong communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit • Proficiency in creating specification tools for project management • Proficiency in Studio Designer • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field • Min of 3-5 years of prior experience required

• Measurements and floor plan layouts to scale. AUTOCAD renderings for each project with furniture to scale. Work directly with AHD and general contractor to provide necessary renderings for renovation and new construction projects. Put together spec books for all projects with specified finishes and materials. • Manage all procurement - once orders are placed, log all orders by client and follow up periodically to check on status.
