QUALIFICATIONS: DEGREE IN INTERIOR DESIGN/DESIGN SCHOOL... EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE: OR CURRENTLY PURSUING A DEGREE PROFICIENT IN SKETCH UP PHOTOSHOP AUTOCAD PROFICIENT IN SOCIAL MEDIA (INSTAGRAM/FACEBOOK) EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND HIGHLY ORGANIZED ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK, MEET DEADLINES, AND IS EAGER TO LEARN AND GROW IN THE INDUSTRY JOB DESCRIPTION: • Measurements and floor plan layouts to scale. AUTOCAD renderings for each project with furniture to scale. Work directly with AHD and general contractor to provide necessary renderings for renovation and new construction projects. Put together spec books for all projects with specified finishes and materials. • Manage all procurement - once orders are placed, log all orders by client and follow up periodically to check on status. Once shipped and received by receiver, arrange for delivery to client • Sourcing - following design direction, help with sourcing all furnishings and materials from AHD approved vendors. Give several options for each along with pricing and eta • Follow up with all sub-contractors to confirm appointments, set up appointments when needed, and ensure payment is handled
