Showroom Associate - Lighting & Interior Design
Job Summary Alcott & Bentley is a locally owned, boutique-style lighting and home décor showroom located in a high-traffic area of the Highlands. What You'll Do • Welcome and assist clients in selecting lighting and home décor • Learn lighting design fundamentals through hands-on training • Maintain visual presentation of the showroom and merchandise new product • Create content for social media (Instagram, Reels, Stories, Pinterest, etc.) This Role Is a Great Fit If You… • Recently graduated with a degree in interior design or a related field • Are looking to shift into a creative, design-oriented career • Are passionate about home styling and lighting • Enjoy helping people create beautiful spaces • Are detail-oriented, friendly, and eager to learn • Have an eye for photography or content creation (a plus!)
