Education & Experience • BS in Interior Design or a related field preferred, OR 3+ years of experience in space planning, interior design, facilities planning, or a similar environment. • Experience with ARCHIBUS and SAP is a strong plus.

Position Overview: The Architectural CAD Drafter will provide technical drafting support for our Interiors Division, primarily producing 2D AutoCAD shop drawings and specification packages that align with our modular wall systems. • Develop architectural CAD drawings, shop drawings, and installation documents for modular demountable wall systems and related interiors. • Collaborate with engineers, sales, and project managers to translate conceptual designs into accurate, buildable plans. • Familiarity with unitized demountable wall systems in environments such as car dealerships, open-plan offices, or post-COVID space reconfigurations. • Portfolio showing commercial interiors, modular systems, or related drafting work.

The Retail Pharmacy Layout and Design role is responsible for the development and management of all pharmacy layout designs under the supervision of the Manager of Retail Pharmacy Layout. Essential qualifications and functions for the Retail Pharmacy Layout and Design role • Ability to analyze and interpret various sources of data. • 3+ years’ experience commercial retail design experience. • 3+ years’ experience working in a retail pharmacy

Responsible for the provision and support of design services in the following work focus areas: • Tenant leasing and prospecting support • Design strategies that provide value • Record drawing management and enhancement • Design support for other types of projects as needed inclusive of but not limited to: capital improvement, corporate, development, re-development, etc. Responsible for participating in the execution of strategies which support leasing activities and their related tenant space improvements; executing design projects in a broad range of use types for commercial office spaces, collaboratively through design maintaining the quality of our real estate assets and applying standards appropriate to each portfolio and market, successfully partnering with corporate and external resources to execute the work, incorporating sustainability strategies into each project and continually striving to improve the overall quality of the customer’s experience. As-Built Records Management: Work with the design team as well as industry experts to document, manage and maintain accurate as-built information the providing integrity of and access to the building and component level information necessary to effectively execute design and property operations related services. Adhere to as well as participate in the development and maintenance of data and file management standards and guidelines related to design services. Willingness and ability to travel to support assigned portfolio.
