Working with a top well-known retail/pharmacy client looking for someone in their Woonsocket RI office.
Pay: $37/hr
Work model: Hybrid 2-3 days a week out of the Woonsocket Office.
Duration: Late May 2025 to late Nov 2025
Description
The Retail Pharmacy Layout and Design role is responsible for the development and management of all pharmacy layout designs under the supervision of the Manager of Retail Pharmacy Layout. Layout designs are created and implemented to support initiatives, projects, and programs that result in changes to the overall look, feel, and operations of the pharmacy department. Creation of appropriate layout designs involves analysis of internal operational elements, building standards, state Board of Pharmacy regulations, municipal building regulations and current pharmacy design standards.
Essential qualifications and functions for the Retail Pharmacy Layout and Design role
• 3+ years’ experience in plan development required
• 3+ years’ experience AutoCAD design software experience required
• 3+ years’ experience with MS Office software (e.g., Excel and Word) required
• Ability to analyze and interpret various sources of data.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet timeline requirements for other supporting departments.
• Ability to communicate clearly both written and orally with various in-house personnel, field management and various outside vendor representatives.
• Ability to follow clear, concise directions with minimal supervision.
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
• Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications and functions
• 3+ years’ experience commercial retail design experience.
• 3+ years’ experience working in a retail pharmacy
• Experience managing a project in MS Project, or similar software
