Salary: $60,000 We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing interior design firm in Bonita Springs, FL. In this role, you will be the central point of communication between clients, vendors, and our internal design team—helping to bring our design visions to life with precision and efficiency. • Proposal Management: Prepare and present design proposals that align with client goals and specifications. Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Design Manager software • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proactive problem-solving ability and attention to detail • Experience in interior design, furniture, or home furnishings industry is a plus • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

This is a fulltime 3 month contract to start with high potential to turn into a fulltime employment position that comes with excellent benefits. While on contract you'd also be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision and more. Ideal Candidate : will have a degree in Spatial Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing creative, diverse projects. Proficiency in SketchUp or 3D Studio Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma is required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Spatial Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related discipline.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creative skills and a portfolio that reflects their expertise in design, digital graphics, and brand development. This individual must have management experience and has to manage a team of over 3+. • Develop and execute creative strategies for global campaigns, ensuring brand consistency. • Creative Execution • Oversee design efforts for digital platforms, including social media, mobile experiences, web pages, banners, and emails. • Expertise in both digital and print design, with a strong understanding of current trends.
