B. Cortopassi Design is seeking a full-time Administrator / Procurement Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our boutique luxury interior design studio in Charleston, South Carolina. This role supports day-to-day studio operations, manages the full lifecycle of product procurement, and coordinates the logistics of client deliveries and installations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, composed under pressure, and comfortable managing many moving parts across multiple custom residential projects. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily studio operations, office organization, supplies, mail, packages, phones, calendars, vendor files, trade accounts, and service providers Maintaining accurate vendor, item, and project information across Studio Designer, Google Drive, and Asana Managing the full procurement lifecycle in Studio Designer, including purchase orders, order confirmations, acknowledgments, vendor payments, order tracking, freight, receiving, and reporting Coordinating with vendors, receivers, warehouses, installers, builders, clients, and the internal design team Managing damage claims, returns, replacements, repairs, and order discrepancies Preparing weekly procurement updates and participating in monthly open PO reviews with the bookkeeper Coordinating shipments, deliveries, warehouse releases, and client installations Supporting installation preparation, including inventory review, installation kits, on-site logistics, item inspection, and post-installation follow-up Providing warm, professional client hospitality and assisting with client communications related to deliveries, damages, and returns Logging billable and non-billable time accurately in Studio Designer To apply, please submit your resume and a brief note outlining your relevant interior design industry experience, procurement experience, and familiarity with Studio Designer.
