This is a fast fun environment where you will be challenged and brought to the next level. Looking for a seasoned Interior Designer with strong history in project management. Must be self-starter, can do attitude. Having worked specifically as an Interior Architect or Interior Designer in both commercial and residential for 4+ years after college. Ability to build concept boards & CAD floorplans easily. Style needed. Proficient in tracking, managing, overseeing all projects from start to finish, managing client expectations. Demonstrated knowledge of the design process, products and materials Passionate about design, curious about art, and always willing to go the extra mile for colleagues and clients Skilled knowledge of AutoCAD (or revit, 3D is an asset) required. Ability to read and communicate working/construction drawings. Ability to manage projects, contractors. Deep understanding of both residential and commercial projects. Ability to run projects on your own. Ability to manage multiple projects (with multiple moving parts, sooo many moving parts!) Must demonstrate strong space planning and styling skills Strong attention to detail (and we mean STRONG!) Exceptional organizational and communication skills (with clients, vendors and trades) Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties with little supervision Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic with a “can-do” attitude. Willingness to oversee junior designers. Vendor knowledge preferred. A resume and portfolio demonstrating concept boards, floorplan & elevation skills are required.
