Your Opportunity The primary role of the Junior Interior Designer is to work collaboratively with the Interior Design and Architectural team, conceptualizing, developing, and documenting varying aspects of interior design of a project, including but not limited to space planning, interior architecture, interior materials and palette, specifications and Furniture/Fixtures and Equipment. - Contract Administration - review of millwork shop drawings - Supports project team in the development of interior design documentation and presentation materials. ?Your Capabilities and Credentials - Good understanding of Revit or at minimum AutoCad and the use of it as a design tool. - Basic understanding of lighting/fixtures.

• Develop construction documents, detail sketches, and execute red-marked revisions. • Conduct programming, space planning analysis, and area calculations. • Work independently and with teams to meet budget and schedule constraints. • Create and coordinate presentation materials to communicate design intent. To join us as an Interior Designer III, you should have: • Bachelor's degree in interiors, architecture or, related discipline required • 5+ years in Interior Design or Architecture, covering all project phases from programming to contract documentation • Proficient in Revit, BIM, and advanced 2D/3D modeling and visualization tools (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, VRay) • Strong grasp of building codes and guidelines (ADA, FGI), as well as life safety and construction contract administration • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, lighting, and acoustics systems • Skilled in specification writing, calculations, and interior product selection • Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration abilities • Preparing for NCIDQ • LEED GA within 6 months of hire • Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design that interests you: LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, Passive House Institute Certified Passive House Consultant/Designer CPHC/CPHD, or ILFI Living Future Accreditation
