Working both at the store and in the home of the customers, our Designers use their expertise to guide customers in the selection of fabrics, trims, custom window treatments, bedding, and upholstered furniture to create the rooms of their dreams. Job Requirements: • Track record of delivering exceptional sales results • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and be detailed in your work • A positive attitude and work ethic • Specialty retail experience preferred • A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to provide your own transportation for in home customer visits • Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time Pay is based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, store volume, and location. Saturday hours are required for both full-time and part-time Designers.
