This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from concept through construction, with an emphasis on creative design development, and support both FF&E and installation processes. Manage projects through all phases, with emphasis on schematic design, design development, construction administration, and installation.Collaborate with the Principal and design team to develop and present innovative design concepts.Prepare presentations and materials for client meetings and assist in leading presentations to communicate design intent.Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors across multiple residential projects.Produce CAD and/or Revit drawings, renderings, and construction documentation to support design.Review and coordinate architectural and construction documents to ensure design vision and project goals.
