Job Description We are a young startup that aims to revolutionize the renovation industry in Belgium. As an Interior and Content Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our apartments and communal areas to create a modern, comfortable, and aesthetic living environment. You will design and draw interior plans for existing apartments and communal areas, focusing on modern comfort and aesthetics. You will also optimize the layout of living spaces to improve both functionality and visual appeal, always within the proposed budget. In addition, you will work closely with our technical teams to integrate energetic improvements into the interior designs, ensuring a harmonious balance between energy-saving measures and aesthetic elements. You will create unique and engaging content (via images, visuals or videos) that spotlights the renovations and makeovers of Yally's buildings. You will communicate about energetic improvements, real estate, tenant relations, how to carry out repairs yourself, tips & tricks. You will manage the content on the Yally website to achieve maximum reach and involvement. You will actively manage Yally's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and respond professionally and adequately to comments, reviews, and contacts via social media. Finally, you will set up sustainable partnerships with suppliers to realize automation, standardization, and economies of scale that contribute to Yally's growth and efficiency. You have strong skills in interior design with technical knowledge and experience of working within budgetary constraints. You have a strong affinity with sustainability and excellent communication skills. • Familiarize yourself with different subjects without any problems. • Communicate clearly and effectively to different target groups. • Create engaging content that highlights the renovations and makeovers of Yally's buildings.
