Your Role in a Nutshell As an Interior and Content Specialist, you optimize our apartments and communal areas. You ensure modern, comfortable, and aesthetic upgrades within budget. Your designs and realizations reflect the unique Yally style. Additionally, you create and manage communication about energetic renovations and aesthetic makeovers via social media and the Yally blog, showcasing Yally's digital presence. You match our ambitions with the wishes and dreams of diverse target groups. Your Duties and Responsibilities • Interior Design and Optimization: You design interior plans for existing apartments and communal areas, focusing on modern comfort and aesthetics. You optimize living space layouts to improve functionality and visual appeal, always within budget. You contribute to the aesthetic added value of common areas and the street scene by considering materials and colors. • Energy Renovations: You work closely with technical teams to integrate energetic improvements into interior designs. You ensure a harmonious balance between energy-saving measures and aesthetic elements. • Content Creation and Publication: You create engaging content (images, visuals, or videos) highlighting renovations and makeovers. You communicate about energetic improvements, real estate, tenant relations, and home maintenance tips. • Website and Social Media Management: You manage content on the Yally website for maximum reach and involvement. You actively manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and respond professionally to comments and reviews. • Long-term Partnerships and Brand Identity: You establish partnerships with suppliers to automate operations and select products matching the Yally style. You contribute to developing and strengthening Yally's brand identity through consistent styling and presentation. Your Profile You have strong interior design skills, technical knowledge, and experience working within budget constraints. You have a strong affinity for sustainability, ideally with experience in energetic renovations and integrating energy-efficient solutions. Your creativity and attention to detail are matched by your ability to find budget-oriented solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, conveying messages clearly to different target groups. You have experience with content creation and managing digital platforms, as well as knowledge of social media management and SEO principles.
