Workspace Specialist - Interior Design

We are seeking a skilled Workspace Specialist to support our interior design strategy across 500,000 square feet of office space. This dynamic role integrates interior design, space planning, and project management, ensuring that office environments are functional, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design planning and execution of office space projects from concept through completion. • Develop drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders to communicate design intent and spatial solutions. • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business intelligence for move sequencing and relocation logistics. • Manage the procurement and coordination of furniture systems ensuring alignment with corporate standards. • Serve as a liaison between local offices, vendors, project teams, and property management. • Oversee construction management for office buildouts and expansions. • Ensure compliance with corporate workplace design standards through review of fit plans and construction documents. • Maintain internal resources including the department web page and workroom site. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience. NCIQ or IIDA certification is preferred. Familiarity with corporate design standards and sustainable design practices is also beneficial. This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in the office. The role is based in a metropolitan area on the East Coast of the United States. Candidates must currently reside on the East Coast.
