Workplace Designer Lead We are seeking a talented Workplace Designer Lead to join our facilities team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and configuring workspaces that promote productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction. Your expertise in space planning and interior design will enable you to create innovative and functional work environments that meet the needs of our employees and support our business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing space planning strategies to meet organizational needs* Analyzing space requirements and providing solutions to optimize resource utilization* Collaborating with department heads and management to understand departmental space requirements* Managing and updating space management databases and CAD drawings* Overseing workspace allocation, design, and layout* Conducting regular space audits and making recommendations for improvements* Working closely with facilities, IT, and security teams to ensure a cohesive work environment We are looking for a highly motivated and creative professional who possesses a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in space planning or facilities management is required, as well as familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM software.
