Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing office space projects from concept through completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business intelligence for move sequencing and relocation logistics. "> • Lead the design planning and execution of office space projects. • Develop drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders to communicate design intent and spatial solutions. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide design recommendations. • Manage the procurement and coordination of furniture systems to ensure alignment with company standards. • Serve as a liaison between local offices, vendors, project teams, and property management. • Oversee construction management for office buildouts and expansions. • Ensure compliance with corporate workplace design standards through review of fit plans and construction documents. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset. They will also have experience in real estate lease reviews, space planning, and property evaluations. Additional Information: This is a full-time position that requires 2 days of in-office work per week. The ideal candidate will be able to travel up to 20% of the time.
