Position Overview:
As a Workplace Consultant/Designer at Central Oregon Office Interiors, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. This role combines the art of interior design with the skill of business development. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs, develop design solutions that meet those needs, and ultimately convert opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the Central Oregon region.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their office furnishings needs and providing tailored design solutions.
Collaborate with our design team to create and present design proposals and quotes to clients.
Lead the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and market insights to provide expert advice to clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Business, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in new business development, interior design, or a similar role is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
A keen eye for design and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing office spaces.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of office furnishings, space planning, and commercial design is a plus.
Proficiency in design software (CET, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a bonus.
