Position Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Welder to join our team at the Salisbury, MD facility. The majority of welding involves flux-cored, dual-shielded processes, with some MIG welding. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to pass a DEM flux-cored welding assessment within the first month of employment. Key Responsibilities • Set up and operate common fabrication equipment, including welders, shears, saws, and grinders. • Weld components made of steel with precision and accuracy. • Read and interpret sketches, blueprints, and verbal instructions to complete tasks independently and as part of a team. Qualifications • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math involving fractions. • High School Diploma or GED; welding certifications are a plus. • Dependability and a strong work ethic are essential.
