Integrity, Communication, Adaptability, Care, Personality, great benefits, and rewards - check us out, we may be the company for you. **Job Summary** Under general supervision, the Warehouse Associate- Carpentry will be responsible but not limited to the creation of pallets, operating a wet tile saw, and various light carpentry. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. * Works under limited supervision and selects from written instructions and established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. * Responsible for reading orders. * Responsible for building pallets. * Responsible for cutting tile using a wet saw. * Responsible for measuring and cutting materials as necessary for installation. * Works with but to limited to, handheld power tools, grout, caulk, and other industrial construction materials. * Drives continuous improvement to achieve production goals. * Adhere to all safety requirements. * Other responsibilities as needed. **Supervisory Responsibilities** This job has no supervisory duties. **Qualifications** Education and Experience * Education: Not Required * Experience: Minimum (1) years of relevant work experience is required. * Experience: Greater than (1-3) years of experience working in construction, tile setting, or grout/cement mixing is preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Legally eligible to work in the United States. * Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required * Proficient with Reading Orders * Proficient in taking and reading measurements. * Proficient Math Skills * Interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with all members of the team. * Knowledge of, and experience with, tile setting, grout mixing, construction is a plus. * Experience using handheld power tools such as drills, saws, and nail guns. * Experience using a RF scanner is a plus. * Experience using an electric pallet jack is a plus. **Work Environment** Listed below are key points regarding environmental demands and work environment of the job.
