WANTED INTERIOR DESIGNER

B Line Construction ,INC is a Local Sacramento Construction Firm specializing in Insurance Reconstruction projects. We are seeking a talented, energetic, highly motivated professional to join us as our in-house Designer. This position's responsibility is to meet with Project Manager, Draftsmen, & Home owners to go over product selections (Flooring, Fixtures, Paint , etc..) in order to facilitate for smooth reconstruction process after a fire or a loss. Overall Responsibilities: Sit with Clients & Salesman to go over Project Designs & Specifications Will meet with owner s& project managers Responsible to specify all products with in working budget Coordinate with Salesman regarding scope of work Coordinate with Project Manager regarding product selections , colors, modifications , and budgets Connect with clients in order to understand their vision, goals and limitations. Develop and detail design specifications Must be able to understand basic construction structural , electrical , mechanical , code specifications Maintain High Client Satisfaction Must have knowledge on products and interior design Ability to draw existing floor/ as builts / full CD's plans a plus Required Skills and Competencies: >3-5 years of relevant work experience in Residential design >Proven track record in meeting deadlines >Organized and detail oriented >Excellent communication skills >Ability to work independently w/little to no supervision >Service oriented >High proficiency with either CAD, Sketchup, Revit, Chief Architect . >Certifications in CR, CRS, or CKBR a plus This is a Full time position Must pass Background check Must pass drug screen Must have valid DL Please submit your resume by email and include your salary requirements and a comprehensive list of past employers.
