A company is looking for a Visual Product Design Lead. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership and designers to establish the visual identity of digital experiences Define and guide standards for visual and motion design, including design guidelines Lead the development of exemplary visual design work and provide feedback during design reviews Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UI / UX design, digital product design, or a related field 6+ years of experience in Visual UI / UX design for complex digital products Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills Experience working in highly collaborative creative teams Ability to inspire and provide actionable feedback to peers
