Lead Interior Designer Transformative Spaces That Elevate Human Experience We are seeking an aspirational designer to lead and manage impactful interior design projects while helping to grow our US Interior Design Practice. • Conceptualize and execute interior design strategies that enhance client culture, improve occupant wellbeing, and create lasting impressions. • Develop and present comprehensive design plans, space layouts, and materials specifications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of interior design services. • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. • 12+ years of experience as an interior designer in commercial, institutional, workplace, and hospitality fields. • Strong portfolio showcasing design excellence and project leadership. • Proven experience managing design teams and client relationships. • NCIDQ certification preferred. Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $150,000 per year. Flexible based on candidate's experience and qualifications.
