Visionary Leader for Interior Design

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and creative leader to spearhead our interior design efforts, driving innovation and excellence across all locations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive interior design strategies, ensuring seamless integration with architectural design • Collaborate with internal and external experts to conceive and execute captivating projects, events, exhibitions, and executive initiatives • Oversee project teams and ensure timely delivery, adhering to industry standards, codes, laws, and OSHA regulations Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a closely related field and 10 years of relevant experience • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, or similar design software • Proven leadership, team management, and project management skills Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree in a related field with 5 years of experience and/or training, or equivalent combination • Experience in fast-paced environments with proven ability to drive results
