Visionary Interior Designer Wanted

Experienced Interior Designers Sought This role requires a skilled designer to provide seamless start-to-finish consultative design services, building lasting relationships and brand loyalty with customers. The ideal candidate will meet with customers, listen to their project needs, educate them on the requirements for their project, and build a creative design concept that incorporates the customer's personal style, lifestyle, and budget. Responsibilities: • Greet store customers in a helpful manner and support store design walk-in needs. • Schedule design appointments for existing and potential customers while developing clientele through networking and referrals as well as leads generated within the store. • Provide tile wood stone and accessories advice to homeowners interior designers and builders for both residential and commercial projects. • Design and sell complete functional and aesthetically appealing solutions. • Manage multiple simultaneous customer projects through all phases with a high level of accuracy timeliness and follow-up including consistent and concise communication to customers and others. • Collaborate partner and communicate with store leadership and employees to manage projects from inquiry to installation and achieve sales and other goals. Requirements: • A minimum of one year of interior design experience or prior retail/sales experience is required. • A degree in Design is highly desirable but not essential. • Knowledge of hard surface flooring is an asset. • Proficient in basic mathematical skills. • Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite.
