Lead Interior Design Consultant As a senior interior design consultant, you will lead our team and provide a consultative design service that builds lasting relationships with customers. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: • Meet with customers to understand their project needs and educate them on the process. • Build creative design concepts that incorporate the customer's personal style, lifestyle, and budget requirements. • Manage multiple projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up communication with customers and colleagues. Requirements: • Design education (BA or AA in Interior Design) or 6 years of interior design experience. • Prior retail/sales experience is preferred. • Knowledge of flooring types is beneficial. • Proficiency in basic mathematical skills and computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite.
