Key Responsibilities • Foster long-lasting relationships with residential and professional clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction. • Identify and recruit high-caliber talent to join your design team, conducting regular performance evaluations to drive growth and improvement. • Offer expert advice on tile, wood, stone, and accessories to homeowners, interior designers, and builders for both residential and commercial projects. Essential Qualifications • A degree in Interior Design (BA or AA) or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of formal education. • At least 3-5 years of leadership or management experience, preferably in a related field. • Knowledge of hard surface flooring is highly desirable. • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
