Base pay range $24.00/hr - $28.80/hr As a Designer 1, you will assist with the design process from start to finish, learning construction documentation and Vida standards. You will stay on trend with new materials and support client meetings by preparing presentations and design materials. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and strong organizational skills to bring innovative designs to life. What You’ll Nee d:Education :A master’s certification, associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in interior design and 1+ year(s) of work experience in the industr y.Design Software : Fundamental knowledge worki n g in design software like Revit, CAD, InDesign, SketchUp, Photoshop, and coordination tools like Smartsheet and Bluebea m.Construction Knowledge: You have an understanding of interior construction, building codes, and accessibility standards, ensuring designs are both beautiful and functiona l. What You'll Do:Bring the Design Magi c: assist in the design process from start to finish under your Design Manager’s leadership, from sketches to 3D models. Collaborate with the team to bring creative concepts to life and ensure projects are executed seamless ly.Shape the Detail s: Assist in construction documentation (CDs) and picking up redlines to maintain design integrity across all phas es.Collaborate and Coordinat e: Work closely with designers and Manag e rs to ensure everything is coordinated and on point.
