Summary We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer in residential remodeling with a proven background in residential design. As we are a rapidly growing company, we are looking for an Interior Designer that wants to build a career with us and seeks growth and success. Compensation: - Competitive salary based on experience. • Plus commissions on design change orders (Our current designers in Tampa make an average of $3,000-$6,000 additional in commissions every month) • $90,000 - $130,000+ 1st year potential. Salary plus commissions and performance-based bonuses. • All of our interior designers made over $100k in 2023 and 2024. Responsibilities • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for home renovations. • Create detailed design plans using 3D rendering software. • Apply color theory and design principles to enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality of spaces. • Select all materials and organize selections sheets. • Communicate effectively with clients and internal team to deliver a 5 star customer experience. • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide informed recommendations including leveraging AI.
