Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on design projects while respecting project parameters and deadlines.
Conduct in-person field surveys and space assessments, focusing on code compliance.
Engage in spatial planning and select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
Contribute to client presentations, storyboards, and renderings.
Prepare 3D models and project documentation, participating in the construction document process.
Assist with construction administration tasks and conduct in-person site visits.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or Architecture.
1-4 years of experience in interior design/architectural projects, particularly in workplaces, commercial interiors, and tenant improvements.
Proficient in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design principles.
Experience with Mural and other collaborative platforms is a strong advantage!
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects while demonstrating initiative and ownership of tasks.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as hybrid working flexibility and more!
