Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, working within the ticketing system and interacting with multiple areas of the department to ensure department’s technology remains in working order. Assists IT team and Department operations with technical infrastructure. Maintains IT equipment and supply inventories to ensure critical parts and supplies are in place to maintain systems with limited downtime. Triage trouble tickets and issues. Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication Skills, verbal and written.
• Familiarity with technological concepts for hardware and software and ability to explain concepts to others.
• Ability to walk clients through troubleshooting process.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to lift/move equipment as required.
Preferred Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience troubleshooting desktop operating systems: Microsoft, Apple and mobile OS.
• Experience with Autodesk, Adobe Suite and MS Office software.
• Copier and printer maintenance.
• Plotter maintenance.

Anticipated Salary Range
$15.00 per hour, 10 hours per week
