This position will be responsible for transforming spaces and creating environments that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong design skills, and a passion for creating inspiring and inclusive spaces. This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design preferred 10+ years of experience ArchiCAD (preferred) - open to Revit experience Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints Create conceptual designs and space plans that align with the client's vision Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment that enhance the overall design Produce detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation Manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met Stay abreast of industry trends and new materials to enhance design solutions Ensure designs comply with building codes and accessibility requirements #VIS
