Sustainable Interior Design Professional

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Sustainable Interior Design Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our design process, you will assist in the development of interior design concepts, from conceptualization to implementation. Your expertise in sustainable design principles, combined with your proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign, will enable you to produce high-quality construction documents. Your role will involve working closely with clients, consultants, and other disciplines to deliver cohesive, high-quality design results. You will be responsible for developing various specifications for materials, finishes, fixed equipment, construction time, and cost, while maintaining client relationships through exceptional customer service. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent education and experience. • NCIDQ certification. • 5+ years of post-graduate interior design experience. • An outstanding portfolio of past work highlighting creative talent in conceptual design, rendering skills, and/or hand sketches. • Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign, with the ability to produce construction documents.
