Job Description The Studio Designer will play a key role within an in-house creative studio, producing high-quality print and static digital design assets that support enterprise-wide marketing and communications initiatives. This role requires strong production expertise, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and close collaboration with cross-functional creative partners, all while maintaining strict brand consistency and attention to detail. Develop and execute design concepts aligned with strategic business goals and accessibility standardsProduce print and static digital assets in accordance with established brand guidelinesCollaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the creative processManage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environmentPrioritize tasks, problem-solve independently, and adapt to shifting schedulesSource, retouch, and manipulate images to support design solutionsEnsure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all final deliverables Qualifications Required Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign with hands-on experience in print productionWorking knowledge of static digital design productionStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple assignmentsComfortable working in a deadline-driven, high-volume environmentCollaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Preferred Associate degree, Bachelor of Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experienceProficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator3–5 years of experience in a corporate, studio, or agency settingStrong skills in designing graphs, charts, and data-driven visualsAn online portfolio demonstrating innovative, high-quality design solutions Benefits Dahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
