Studio Decorator

As a leading creative studio, The Vanguard Theory seeks a highly skilled Designer to join our team. With a focus on delivering innovative design solutions, we collaborate with like-minded artists and designers to bring our vision to life. The successful candidate will have a strong background in interior architecture or interior design, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. They will be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and create project schedules, identify milestones, and plan deliverables. Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple projects and various project types concurrently. • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members. • Create project schedules, identify milestones, and plan deliverables. • Develop visual mood boards and select FF&E and decorative finishes. • Design custom millwork and FF&E. • Provide ID bid sets including drawings, specifications, and renderings. • Collaborate with other design consultants including architects, landscape architects, engineers, artists, brand agencies, furniture manufacturers, etc. • Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and installers. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. • 5+ years of work experience in Interior Design or Architecture. • Proficiency in AutoCAD. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. • Proficiency in SketchUp/Enscape. • Portfolio of work experience.
