The role of a BIM technician is to visualize and conceptualize in both 3D and 2D, with a focus on creating accurate models and construction drawing sets. Key Responsibilities: • Assist project managers with overall project responsibilities. • Create and alter BIM models to ensure compliance with client standards. • Collaborate with internal and external design disciplines to monitor design-related changes and coordinate model distribution. Requirements: • Associate degree in Building Information Modeling, Computer-Aided Drafting, or a related field. • 1+ years of Revit experience in structural engineering or a related field is preferred but not required. • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. • Highly organized with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback.
