Design Shop Store Leader As a key leader in our team, you will oversee the operations of our Design Shop in Santa Rosa. Your responsibilities include: Establishing and maintaining exceptional client services Overseeing store operations, including sales and profitability management Managing hiring processes, merchandising, inventory control, expense management, and human resources functions Ensuring the masterminding and teaching of the Serena & Lily Brand Ethos across the Design Shop presentation and associate behavior Creating an inspiring and empathetic on-brand client experience through analysis and measurement of business trends, development, and implementation of plans to maximize sales and meet goals Growing the client base through designer outreach, coaching, and continually developing your team through continual evaluation and reaction to performance issues Acting as a liaison between home office directives and store operations, effectively communicating directives from the home office Maintaining visual standards of the store per home office directives The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of retail leadership experience in interiors/home furnishings, strong local interior design community contacts and knowledge, and ability to lead in a team environment. They should possess a strong sense of personal style, industry awareness, and business acumen.
