About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR manager who can provide expert guidance on employment legislation, strategic planning, and staff development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor relations, negotiation, and conflict management, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employment Process Management: Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacancies, and oversee the recruitment process.
• Staff Development: Orient new employees, train existing staff, and implement systematic development procedures.
• Performance Management: Monitor employee performance, provide counseling, and communicate with staff about performance issues.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records of employee information.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
• Labor Relations certification and Skills Development Facilitator experience highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and ability to protect employee interests.
