Store Designer

A company is looking for a Store Designer responsible for optimizing retail store layouts and ensuring compliance with design standards. Key Responsibilities Review site surveys and create preliminary floor plans that meet design guidelines and building codes Present and incorporate feedback on floor plans from various internal teams to ensure operational needs are met Develop and produce architectural construction documents, coordinating with engineers and city officials as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in chain retail store design and/or CAD design Ability to interpret construction documents and architectural drawings Working knowledge of construction codes and accessibility design guidelines Proficiency in architectural design programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup
