Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Sales Person for IMG. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for interior design and a strong background in sales.
Prospecting and Lead Generation...
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Regularly update clients on project progress and new offerings.
Sales Presentations:
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's staging and interior design services.
• Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and preferences.
Proposal Development:
• Collaborate with the design team to create customized proposals for clients.
• Provide detailed and accurate cost estimates and timelines.
Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Close deals and secure contracts for staging and interior design projects.
Market Analysis:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
• Provide insights and recommendations for business growth based on market analysis.
Achieving Sales Targets:
• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
• Strong understanding of interior design concepts and trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
