Staging Designer/Stager

Key Responsibilities： • Visit properties and assess space layout, lighting, and staging needs • Create staging plans that align with the target audience • Select and coordinate furniture, accessories, rugs, lighting, and wall art from our inventory • Oversee or assist with the physical setup and takedown of staging installations • Maintain accurate records of staged items and coordinate with warehouse on inventory needs • Collaborate with sales and retail teams on marketing photo shoots and listing presentations • Provide styling support for open house events or client showings • Communicate directly with real estate agents, Airbnb hosts, or property owners Requirements: • Strong sense of interior design, color coordination, and spatial planning • 1–3 years of experience in home staging, styling, or interior design preferred • Ability to lift/move light to medium-sized furniture during installations • Reliable transportation for local site visits • Detail-oriented with a flexible and proactive mindset • Bilingual (English + Chinese) is a plus • Experience with real estate photography or photo-ready styling is a bonus
