Staging Design Assistant

Location: Palo Alto, Bay Area Type: Full-Time Contract Are you passionate about interior design and love bringing spaces to life? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Staging Designer (Design?) Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment and is eager to grow in the design field. Key Responsibilities: • Drive to and from the warehouse to pack/unpack bins with accessories, bedding, pillows, and lamps. • Sort and organize deliveries for staging projects. • Assist the lead designer in selecting appropriate furniture and décor for each project. • Transport items to project sites and help with installation. • Decorate rooms, make beds, organize spaces, and lead the installation crew in placing furniture, art, and accessories. Must-Haves: • Strong interest in interior design and home staging. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. • Physical ability to lift items (up to 20 lbs) and move up and down stairs as needed. • Dependable and proactive attitude. Nice-to-Haves: • Degree or certificate in Interior Design, Art, or a related field. • Familiarity with design tools such as SketchUp, Photoshop, or InDesign.
