Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX for a Staging Associate at Spiffy Staging and Design LLC. The Staging Associate will assist in preparing and organizing homes for staging, ensuring furniture and decor are strategically arranged to enhance visual appeal. Daily tasks include transporting, organizing, and setting up furniture and decor, maintaining inventory, and keeping staging equipment in pristine condition. The role also involves collaborating with the design team to execute projects efficiently and following safety protocols. Qualifications • Experience in home staging, design projects, or furniture arrangement • Ability to manage furniture transportation, organization, and inventory • Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with a design team • Physical ability to lift and move furniture and decor safely • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on creating visually appealing designs • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Experience or interest in home decor and interior design is a plus • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
