Staff Architect/Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented Architect/Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture and/or interior design with a focus on single-family residential housing. You will play a crucial role in providing construction documentation, finish selections, and detailing, ensuring our projects are executed with precision and style. Responsibilities • Develop and produce detailed construction drawings and documentation using Revit software. • Collaborate with internal architects, designers, home-buying customers, tradesmen, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. • Select and detail finishes that align with the design vision and client preferences. • Design high-end custom homes, with a focus on quality and uniqueness. • Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. • Participate in project meetings and contribute creative ideas and solutions. Qualifications • Proven experience in architecture and/or interior design, particularly in single-family residential housing. • Proficiency in Revit for construction drawings and detailing is a must. • Experience designing high-end custom homes is a plus. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, personable demeanor. • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals and clients. • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity and aesthetics. • Have a customer focused mindset with a passion for creating beautiful, functional living spaces.
