"> As a Workplace Design Specialist, you will lead the design planning and execution of office space projects from concept through completion. "> You will develop drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders to communicate design intent and spatial solutions. "> Cross-functional collaboration is required to gather business intelligence for move sequencing and relocation logistics. "> The successful candidate will manage the procurement and coordination of furniture systems, ensuring alignment with corporate standards. "> They will serve as a liaison between local offices, vendors, project teams, and property management. "> Construction management responsibilities include overseeing office buildouts and expansions. "> Compliance with corporate workplace design standards is ensured through review of fit plans and construction documents. "> Internal resources, including the department web page and workroom site, will be maintained by the selected candidate. "> Other duties may be assigned based on business needs. "> A Bachelor's degree is required, with at least three years of related experience. "> Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. "> Domestic and/or international travel may be required. "> Preferred qualifications include NCIQ or IIDA certification, familiarity with corporate design standards and sustainable design practices, and experience managing multisite office projects or working within a large corporate real estate portfolio.
