Spatial Designer for Corporate Spaces

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Spatial Designer to join our team in creating innovative and functional corporate spaces. As an Interior Design Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the design planning and execution of office space projects, from concept through completion. You will develop drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders to communicate design intent and spatial solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally to gather business intelligence for move sequencing and relocation logistics. Your responsibilities will also include managing the procurement and coordination of furniture systems, ensuring alignment with company standards. You will serve as a liaison between local offices, vendors, project teams, and property management. Furthermore, you will oversee construction management for office buildouts and expansions, ensuring compliance with corporate workplace design standards through review of fit plans and construction documents. In this dynamic role, you will integrate interior design, space planning, and project management to create office environments that are functional, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field • 3 years of experience in interior design, space planning, or project management • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset Benefits This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in the office. The role is based in a metropolitan area on the East Coast of the United States. Candidates must currently reside on the East Coast.
