Spatial Designer

Interior Designer Role Our company is looking for an experienced Interior Designer who can bring their creativity and technical skills to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and functional spaces that meet our clients' requirements. • Develop floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using SketchUp and other software tools • Source and specify materials, fixtures, and equipment for each project • Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their design needs and preferences • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver projects on time and within budget Essential Skills: • Advanced knowledge of SketchUp, including scripting and plugins • Proficiency in Photoshop, including image editing and manipulation • Experience with Vectorworks and V-Ray for rendering and visualization • Ability to work with CAD files and 2D/3D models Desirable Skills: • Photography skills, including capturing high-quality images of interior spaces • Custom furniture design experience, including creating bespoke pieces and wall treatments Requirements: • Portfolio showcasing your interior design and 3D modeling skills • Experience in experiential or tradeshow design • Ability to work in an office environment 5 days a week • Excellent communication and project management skills
