Space Planning Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Space Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workplace strategy group, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our office environments are functional, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in interior design, space planning, and project management. You will be responsible for leading the design planning and execution of office space projects, developing drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders, and collaborating cross-functionally to gather business intelligence. You will also manage the procurement and coordination of furniture systems, serve as a liaison between local offices, vendors, project teams, and property management, and oversee construction management for office buildouts and expansions. In addition, you will ensure compliance with corporate workplace design standards through review of fit plans and construction documents, maintain internal resources, and perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field • 3 years of experience in interior design, space planning, and project management Benefits This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in the office. The role is based in a metropolitan area on the East Coast of the United States. Candidates must currently reside on the East Coast. Additional Information Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and attention to detail. Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
