About this role

Space Planner You will be responsible for providing merchandising analysis that support the development of detailed category plans & strategies for upcoming category space changes and company initiatives. Responsible for timely delivery of clear, concise space planning design documents that communicate merchandising strategy & category specific details. Exhibits a high degree of proficiency in category planning software, internal systems & processes. (systems & analytics expert) Accountable for the creation and timely delivery of merchandising plans to support company initiatives and deliver on documented strategy. You will be seen as a trusted advisor in the delivery of space productivity analysis in support of the merchandising strategy. Delivers advanced analysis in developing a customer-centric approach to merchandising plans. Partners cross-functionally to shape strategic direction using analytical tools; consistently identifies category opportunities to optimize productivity. Proactively uses problem solving skills, mitigates risk & improves program delivery to stores. Actively leads process improvement efforts; makes recommendations to optimize workflow efficiencies. Collaborates & communicates well across all s of the organization; cultivates vendor partnerships that support corporate strategies. Demonstrates thought leadership on evolving concepts & business needs. Exhibits team leadership. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field 1-2 Years Experience in retail store planning and design (may be a combination of visual merchandising, store planning, planogramming, real estate & facilities planning, or store environment experiences) 3-5 Years Experience in retail store planning and design (may be a combination of visual merchandising, store planning, planogramming, real estate & facilities planning, or store environment experiences). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr. PTO, Vacation accrued, flexible schedule for summer month May-August where they work 4 10 hour days and fridays are off, fully in office no WFH, 401k, health and vision insurance Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Mooresville,NC.
