This role requires proficiency in various drafting software and a strong understanding of design principles to effectively translate concepts into actionable plans. Duties • Develop detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit. • Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and design specifications. • Create 2D and 3D models to visualize designs, utilizing tools such as Sketchup and Rhino. • Ensure accuracy in measurements, materials, and dimensions in all drafted documents. • Revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders to meet design goals. • Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions for future reference. Experience • Proficiency in CAD software. AutoCAD is essential. • Experience in architectural design is highly desirable. • Familiarity with local building codes and graphic standards. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment. • 3D modeling and visualization experience is preferable.
